  • Returns

    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

    To request a return, please email us a photo of the item, your order number, and the product you would like to return. All returns must be approved before being shipped back.

  • Return Shipping

    All returns are processed by mail only. Customers are responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and are responsible for all costs associated with sending the item back to us

  • Damaged or Broken Items

    If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged product in your email. Once received, we will process and send out a replacement.

  • Refunds

    Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
