My name is Heather and along with my husband Josh and children, Harper (6), Madelyn (4), Jaxson (3), and Payton (4months), we are H & Company

My husband and I are 5th generation dairy farmers in central Wisconsin, and we know our cows. All the beef cattle we raise, and sell are born and raised right here on the family farm, so we know exactly what goes into each and every one of our tallow products.  

Like farming, our tallow is of a labor of love, which is why we have chosen to involve the entire family. From cooking to personal health, we have long seen the benefits of tallow and want to share that with you and those you love most.

Our line of skin care products was born out of necessity as I and some of our children have sensitive skin. About two years ago, one of our daughters began to develop increasingly severe eczema, and so the hunt began to figure out what might help. After many trials and a lengthy search, we found our solution right here on the family farm in the form of natural beef tallow.

What began as a cooking product that I kept in our kitchen has now become the driving force behind our new family business, as more and more of our friends, family and neighbors are seeking out the benefits of tallow.

So why beef tallow? For starters, tallow is a fabulous item to have in the kitchen because it adds so much flavor to so many foods and dishes. Second, beef tallow is a natural product, given to us by the animals we raise, and it has been used by various cultures throughout history.

Additionally, natural beef tallow is rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K as well as an important saturated fatty acid known as Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA). But ultimately and beyond all other value, using tallow is in keeping with our family belief that we should be using everything

that our animals offer to us. In other words, we believe in being good stewards of animals that provide so much for us.

These ideas have become our passion, and we want to share that same passion with your family. From the preparation of the tallow, selection of the fragrances, labelling of the containers and filling of the jars; it all comes with a personal touch and the help of many little hands. You have my promise that each task is done with a love for family and farming, laughter, and yes… a few messes.
